Today the leader who have lead by example is gone.BUT MADIBA IS NOT DEATH HE IS JUST BORN,as from now on we need to wake up & start working 2gether to continue building our country especially financially & justice.

Madiba have spend all his life fighting 4better life 4 all,not only black people but 4 all SA resident as he have assuring the White people that under ANC government they will be protected.'THAT IT WAS A REAL FREEDOM AND BENEFIT 4 ALL SA RESIDENT!

Madiba was a leader of the century arround the globe,as RSA we thank GOD 4 giving us Madiba.I think the best thing we can do to respect Madiba.1:is to fight corruption as Madiba was fighting 4better 4all so if you steal to enrich yourself while others starving do u think is what Madiba  fight 4(think twice).2:To fight child abuse and rape Madiba's heart was in children let us protect our children from this evil spirit any-one who rape a child or a granny must know that he is demon's worker not Madiba's friend.

3:As workers let's respect & love our job.Madiba was an active worker.So let's respect those are above us with position we must remember that any-one time is coming. 4:Let the employers respect their employees as Madiba was the worker of the nation. So please employers treat your employees as a living people not as stone,remember Madiba's government did not take anything from companies owner by force.While you look u worker think about what Madiba has done 4 u company!

5:OH! WORKER'S & COMPANY OWNER JUST USE THE SPIRIT OF negotiating instead of strike.Madiba & NP have negotiate result was a democratic RSA.WHy workers must atrike.before they get increase in their salary let the spirit of UBUNTU ruin among us!

AS WE KNOW DR.NR MANDELA was not jus a political but He have played a very important role in our community.ESPECIALLY IN SPORTS INDUSTRY.AS we remember under his leadership SA become champion of Rugby world cupn 1995 and 1996 AFRICA CUP OF NATOIN IN SOCCER.
SO let's make Madiba for going to support BAFANA BAFANA & AMABHOKOBHOKO as they played against BURKINA FASO & ARGENTINA.AS  Madiba he has supported both squad (soccer & rugby) is there fore we are happy that those team will played one day & one venue. MADIBA HAVE SAID SPORT IS WHAT BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER,I BELIEVE THAT IF WE CAN USE THAT SAME SPIRIT IN OUR COUNTRY ( BLACK & WHITE) OF UNITY WE CAN MAKE A GREAT THING,WE CAN EVEN OVERCOME POVERTY. DOUBLE PORTION or PRODUCTIVE

IN FIRST SAMUEL 1:1-10 we read about a man called ELKAN.The man has got two wives another lady got a children,another one Hannah don't have children because she was a barren.every year ELKAN give a gift to his family,and he gave Hana a double portion because he was loving Hanna too much while she was a barren.BUT HANA was unsatisfied for the double portion she get from her husband.She was looking to be productive not just to get a gift,until she died without a name left behind.THEREFORE HE TAKE ACTION HE GO TO GOD TO ASK A CHILD,and God answer her gave her a child.OH! WHAT A CHILD,SAMAUEL,WHO BECAME THE LEADER OF GOD'S PEOPLE.Another meaning of word barren mean ;UNFRUITHFULL,UNPRODUCTIVE.SO HANA DID NOT ACCEPT TO GET A GIFT BUT SHE WANT TO BE A PRODUCTIVE LADY .
TODAY WE ARE TALKING ABOUT MADIBA WHY? BECAUSE HE WAKE FOR THE RIGHT OF OTHER PEOPLE.HE WAS NOT SATISFY THAT HE IS CHIEF OF  HIS NATION SO MAY SIT DOWN WAIT TO GET HIS SALARY AS A CHIEF AND A LAWYER.BUT GO AGAINST APARTHEID AND SPEND MANY YEARS OF HIS LIFE,as he did not accept to to get a gift but to aproductive,he also show us a leadership lesson as he gave from his salary  A CERTAIN PERCENTAGE TO help the orphan children!

 BUT THE DIFFERENCE I SEE 2 DAY IS THAT MANY PEOPLE ARE VERY HAPPY TO BE A BARREN OR TO BE UNPROCTIVE.

AS WE see in nowa days that  a person who is working is looking to get money from the people who are not working,before you can be hierd in a work you must pay somebody a bribe,(LET ME BE HONEST I AM NOT SAYING THAT ALL COMPANY ARE CORRUPT NO BUT OTHERS ARE NOT TREATING SUFERING PEOPLE WELL THEY TREAD THEM VERY BAD).

SO NOW IF A PERSON IS GETING A SALARY EVERY MONTH AND EXPECTING TO GET A BRIBE FROM PEOPLE WHO NEED HIS HELP ALREADY THAT PERSON IS LOOKING FOR DOUDLE PORTION,NOT TO BE A PRODUCTIVE.If he want a bribe and a person who want a job does have money,he will not give that person a job,or the man who was looking he need money to send his child to tertiary institude.SO NOW NO PRODUCTIVE BUT LOOKING FOR A DOUBLE PORTION. WHEN A PERSON DIE WHAT PEOPLE WILL SAID,how many people I'VE HELPED,OR HOW MANY PEOPLE I HAVE OPPESSED! 

OH! MADIBA WHAT A LESSON WE CAN LEARN FROM MADIBA.

WE LIKE TO WISH MADIBA A HAPPY 95 yrs BIRTH DAY.I thank GOD FOR GIVING SA A LEADER.Madiba is a chosen leader from above.OTHERS THEY CALL HIM A FATHER OF THE NATION or A FATHER OF HIS FAMILY ,BUT ME I CALL HIM A FATHER OF THE POOR & THE SURFERER as he have gave us example by taking from his salary and give to the orphan,and influence the business man to help poor people by building houses & school for poor people.And gave all of us a good start by giving us a chance to get a good accommodation by giving us a chance to get RDP houses for all SOUTH AFRICAN CITIZEN.

When you came out from jail you did not fight for position to become a RSA president but you wait your turn. YOU USE YOUR MENTALLY INTELLIGENT INSTEAD OF USING A MILITARY INTELLIGENT.I WISH I CAN LEARN FROM YOU TATA TO BE HUMBLE & HONEST TO USE THE GOVERMENT RESOURSES TO HELP THOSE ARE NEED HELP,NOT TO ENRICH MYSELF & FORGET ABOUT THE POOR,I WISH TO LEARN TATA THAT EVEN I WORK AT THE PRIVATE SACTOR HOW CAN I BE HONEST ALL-TIME NOT THINKING FOR MYSELF BUT TAKING CARE OF OTHERS,NOT TO ASK A BRIBE FROM SOMEBODY WHO IS NOT WORKING BUT IS LOOKING JOB IN MY COMPANY I EXPECT  A PERSON TO GIVE ME MONEY ME WHO I AM WORKING WANT MONEY FROM THE PERSON WHO IS NOT WORKING.TATA YOU LEARN FROM OTHER AFRICAN COUNTRIES TO OVERCOME APARTHEID BUT WE CHASE THE PEOPLE FROM OTHER AFRICAN COUNTRIES BECAUSE THEY SUCCEED IN THEIR BUSINESS HERE IN OUR COUNTRY INSTEADY OF LEARNING THAT HOW THOSE PEOPLE SUCCEED IN THEIR BUSINESS.
